We provide an open and accepting modern environment for artists to practice and/or teach their skills. What does the space have to offer?

• Floor covered in 30 feet of 2 inch thick gymnastic quality mats covered in a durable black vinyl, both safe and beautiful!
• 18 foot ceilings.
• Fully air conditioned space.
• 2 story windows and plenty of natural light, frosted on the lower level for privacy.
• Lighting options from bright to soothing to colourful.
• Great sound! A stereo to connect to any phone or media. Soundproofing from neighbours to get the sound you want without disturbing everyone.
• Flexible class and practice times.
• Close to the river and downtown with plenty of parking options.
• 3 photo walls. No need to go anywhere else to do your photo shoot!
• Privacy! In a world where privacy is almost gone we have gobs of it.
