Breathe Move Grow
Breathe Move Grow offers movement classes taught by Sarah Hunter, an E- RYT 200Hr Yoga Instructor and Acrolove Coach. Breathe Move Grow hosts classes which are based on making movement fun, playful and creative for both beginner and experienced students. Tonya's classes are for everyone, regardless of experience or flexibility! Classes mix standing, seated, and lying poses. Working on breath and meditation in every pose. Each class ends with deep relaxation to leave you feeling refreshed! Two classes a week to meet your schedule or to double up on your yoga! |
The Saskatchewan Dance Project
Tatum Wildeman is a local contemporary dancer and the artistic director of The Saskatchewan Dance Project. Tatum has created and directed a number of full length dance shows and dance films, performances such as LUGO, yet untitled by Tino Seghal, World Dance Congress, choreography including Shakespeare on the Saskatchewan, and has extensive experience teaching dance throughout the province to a variety of populations. Tatum is currently a board member for the Canadian Dance Assembly. Tatum is passionate about access to dance for all and spends a great deal of focus on dance for Indigenous youth in the north and completed a Master of Nursing focusing on the use of dance to improve the mental health and wellness of Indigenous youth. |

Alex offers movement classes that are exploratory, fun, healing, relaxing, and whatever else it turns out to be for you! Each experience is unique. Group expressive movement is a type of somatic therapy that uses movement, sensory perception, artistic expression, and the relational aspect of the group as a mirror and a map toward change and self-discovery. Alex holds a Masters degree in counselling psychology and currently practices as a somatics-focused therapist in Saskatoon. Check out the classes page to learn more! |
