Here at PLAY our classes are designed, taught, and organized by our teachers. We won't get between you and learning the movement the way it was intended, direct from your teacher!

Acroyoga/Partner Acrobatics (with Scott's Yoga)

Acro is for everyone! Find balance and community with others!
  • Beginner Workshops - This is where you start your acro journey! Try it out, learn a couple of poses, get some cool pics, and make some new friends! No experience or partner needed!
  • FUNdamentals - Want to start a regular acro practice? This is the place to be once you've finished our beginner workshop or if you've done acro before. We focus on building a strong acro foundation and having fun!
  • Advanced - These classes are for the experienced acroyogi who wants to expand their practice even further. Entrance to these classes is based on pre-requisite skills. Please contact for further information.​​

Align your Spine (with Scott's Yoga)

Yoga therapy for your spine!
  • Great way to release tension in the neck, back, and shoulders.
  • Build core/back strength and awareness!
  • No yoga knowledge or experience needed. Perfect for every age and fitness level!
  • Based on the practice of Critical Alignment Therapy. This 60 minute class uses specialized props to effectively give you a deep tissue massage while also strengthening and straightening your back body!

Collective Movement Sessions (with Sincerely Somatic in Sask)

I will offer a relevant theme or themes for us to move to with each session, but you may choose to move with and to anything that feels alive for you in your body.

Yoga for All (with handmade lemonade yoga)

Tonya's classes are for everyone, regardless of experience or flexibility!

Classes mix standing, seated, and lying poses. Working on breath and meditation in every pose. Each class ends with deep relaxation to leave you feeling refreshed! Two classes a week to meet your schedule or to double up on your yoga!

Handstands (with Breath Move Grow)

  • Level 1 Building Foundations - No Pre-reqs Needed! In this class series we start our handstands on the floor! Each class includes a full body warm up, conditioning and strengthening, getting comfortable upside down, and stretching to build the shoulder & wrist flexibility needed for a great handstand. 
  • Level 2 Finding Balance - Pre-Req: Kick up to wall with a 30 second hold.​ This class series is designed to get your handstand away from the wall and into the middle of the room.  We also start to introduce shape work with the tuck and straddle handstands.

Strength & Stretch Yoga (with Breath Move Grow)

  • Level 1 - (Pre-Req: Comfortable getting up and down off the ground.) This fitness based yoga class is designed to help you build and maintain the strength and flexibility you need to enjoy daily life.  Classes include a warm up, cool down and breathwork.  This is a great place to begin if you are new or returning to movement.
  • Level 2 - (Pre-Req: Prior yoga experience.) In Level 2 we begin to learn arm balances, deeper backbends, splits & inversions. Class includes flowing through basic yoga postures with minimal cues, a learning play time in the middle of class for new intermediate yoga poses and a long stretchy slow down at the end.

Resonating in Rest (with Cheryl Kish Yoga)​
