Here at PLAY our classes are designed, taught, and organized by our teachers. We won't get between you and learning the movement the way it was intended, direct from your teacher!

Acroyoga (with Scott's Yoga)
Acroyoga is for everyone! Acroyoga blends acrobatics with yoga, finding balance and community with others!
  • Beginner Workshops - This is where you start your acroyoga journey! Try it out, learn a couple of movements, get some cool pics, and meet some new people for a fun experience! No experience or partner needed!
  • FUNdamentals - Want to start a regular acroyoga practice? This is the place to be once you've finished our beginner workshop or if you've done some acroyoga before. We focus on building a strong acroyoga foundation and having fun!
  • Advanced - These classes are for the experienced acroyogi who wants to expand their practice even further. Entrance to these classes is based on pre-requisite skills. Please contact for further information.​

Align your Spine (with Scott's Yoga)
  • Yoga therapy for your spine!
  • Great way to release tension in the neck, back, and shoulders.
  • Build core/back strength and awareness!
  • No yoga knowledge or experience needed. Perfect for every age and fitness level!
  • Based on the practice of Critical Alignment Therapy. This 60 minute class uses specialized props to effectively give yourself a deep tissue massage while also strengthening and straightening your back body!

Contemporary Dance (with SK Dance Project)
Tatum teaches a variety of Contemporary Dance based classes. Classes are generally 6 week series and can range from:
  • Dance Conditioning
  • Contemporary Floor Work
  • Partner Acrobatic Choreo with Scott's Yoga
  • and more!

Collective Movement Sessions (with Sincerely Somatic in Sask)
Lightly-guided, freestyle movement/dance session: A time to move and express what is living in the body, together.

I will offer a relevant theme or themes for us to move to with each session, but you may choose to move with and to anything that feels alive for you in your body.

Yoga for All (with handmade lemonade yoga)
Tonya's classes are for everyone, regardless of experience or flexibility!

Classes mix standing, seated, and lying poses. Working on breath and meditation in every pose. Each class ends with deep relaxation to leave you feeling refreshed! Two classes a week to meet your schedule or to double up on your yoga!

Handstands (with Breath Move Grow)
  • ​Level 1 Building Foundations - No Pre-reqs Needed! In this class series we start our handstands on the floor! Each class includes a full body warm up, conditioning and strengthening on the floor, playing with getting comfortable upside down & stretching to build the shoulder & wrist flexibility needed for getting your handstand. 
  • Level 2 Finding Balance - Pre-Req: Kick up to wall with a 30 second hold.​ This class series is designed to get your handstand away from the wall and to build endurance for a middle of the room handstand.  We also start to introduce shape work with the tuck and straddle handstands.

Release & Relax Yoga (with Breath Move Grow)
Are you looking to learn to calm your nervous system while enjoying a gentle stretch?  This quiet, introspective floor based class includes gentle joint movements to open up the body, beginner breathwork to calm the thoughts, and supported stretches to help release muscle tension.

Strength & Stretch Yoga (with Breath Move Grow)
  • ​Level 1 - (Pre-Req: Comfortable getting up and down off the ground.) This fitness based yoga class is designed to help you build and maintain the strength and flexibility you need to enjoy daily life.  Classes include a warm up, cool down and breathwork.  This is a great place to begin if you are new to yoga or returning to a fitness practice after a time away from movement practices.
  • Level 2 - (Pre-Req: Knowledge of Yoga Foundational Poses.) In Level 2 we begin to learn arm balances, deeper backbends, splits & inversions. Class includes flowing through basic yoga postures with minimal cues, a learning play time in the middle of class for new intermediate yoga poses and a long stretchy slow down at the end.

Wake Up and Glow - Yang/Yin Yoga (with UglyHorse Yoga)​
​Step into a one-hour class that blends the strength of yang energy with the surrender of yin. This spring, UglyHorse Yoga brings you a playful, fire-building asana-based practice that fuses traditional yoga roots with an untraditional twist—full of grit, grace, and a little funk.

Expect to explore breath (prana) work, deep asana holds, and the subtle power of the bandhas as we flow into the softer yin stillness. Each session closes with shavasana and a seated meditation to ground your energy and carry it off the mat.

Let’s awaken your inner firefly—one breath, one movement at a time.

Yin Yoga (with UglyHorse Yoga)​
​Unwind with a gentle and playful yin-inspired yoga class. This offering blends yin asanas with minor playful movements and breathwork to create a relaxing and restorative experience. 

Bring your mat, a cup of tea, water, and any props you enjoy (props will also be available in the studio). Expect soothing cues to help your body move in ways that inspire growth, relaxation, and renewal. This class is open to all levels and yoga experiences, and UglyHorse Yoga provides a safe, judgment-free space for all who join.
