Lightly-guided, freestyle movement/dance session: A time to move and express what is living in the body, together. I will offer a relevant theme or themes for us to move to with each session, but you may choose to move with and to anything that feels alive for you in your body. |
Yoga for All (with handmade lemonade yoga)
Tonya's classes are for everyone, regardless of experience or flexibility! Classes mix standing, seated, and lying poses. Working on breath and meditation in every pose. Each class ends with deep relaxation to leave you feeling refreshed! Two classes a week to meet your schedule or to double up on your yoga! Yin Yoga (with UglyHorse Yoga)
Unwind midweek with *Weekly Wednesday Wind Down*, a gentle and playful yin-inspired yoga class. This offering blends yin asanas with minor playful movements and breathwork to create a relaxing and restorative experience. Bring your mat, a cup of tea, water, and any props you enjoy (props will also be available in the studio). Expect 75 minutes of soothing cues to help your body move in ways that inspire growth, relaxation, and renewal. This class is open to all levels and yoga experiences, and UglyHorse Yoga provides a safe, judgment-free space for all who join.
